Steve Davenport’s (“Dear No. 2 Pencil, Decomposing in Whiskey,” “Dear Lost Motel,” Issue 1) most recent book of poems, Overpass, is now on a virtual two-book shelf, courtesy of The Breast Cancer Consortium, with John Green’s The Fault in Our Stars.
